Sessions are $130 per 53 minute session. Limited sliding scale spots available.

INSURANCE

I accept the following insurances:

Medicaid, Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, BCBS, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Colorado Access, Health First Colorado, Kaiser, Optum, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, SelectHealth, UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH.

Our billing company, Enlightened Billing, will verify your insurance benefits prior to your first appointment. Your forms will be stored securely. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

I ask that you contact me at least 24 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel an appointment. Without this notice, you will be charged $130 for appointments missed (non-Medicaid insurance clients will be charged directly, not the insurance company). Exceptions related to unforeseen illness or emergency may be granted at my discretion.
