Child Therapy (ages 9+)

I take a play-based approach with children, integrating non-directive and directive modalities to support self-reflection, build coping skills, and help children navigate challenges at home or school. Sessions may include imaginative play, movement, art, and other methods tailored to your child’s needs.

Note: Due to limited office space, I’m best equipped to work with children ages 9 and up, as my current setup does not allow for a full playroom experience for younger children. That being said, I am open to working with younger children if it feels like a good fit.

Teen Therapy

I support pre-teens and teens in navigating the challenges of adolescence, including identity exploration, navigating relationships, and developing tools for self-regulation, confidence, and communication. I balance creative, engaging approaches, often drawing on expressive arts and movement, with more direct skill-building when helpful.

Parent/Caregiver Support

As part of my work with children, I value collaboration with parents and caregivers. I offer routine check-ins to explore ways to better support your child at home.

EMDR Therapy

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is an evidence-based therapy that uses bilateral stimulation (like eye movements) to help the nervous system process and integrate difficult or overwhelming experiences that have continued to impact how you feel, think, and respond in the present. I use EMDR with children, teens, and adults, but EMDR is only one tool I offer and I don’t assume it’s right for everyone. I like to collaborate with clients and caregivers to determine if it feels like a good fit for you and your goals.EMDR

Adult Therapy

I support adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, existential questions, and patterns that feel stuck. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed and mindfulness-based perspectives. I’m trained in EMDR and often incorporate somatic-based interventions, as I believe that integrating difficult experiences sometimes requires more than just talk therapy.

Telehealth

I offer virtual sessions for teens and adults for greater flexibility and accessibility.

Note: I prefer to see children in-person as I believe it supports greater connection and engagement in the therapeutic process.
